Con:  Based on a children's book (by Philip Pullman).
Pro:  Script has been delivered without reference to any of the source material's religious themes.
Con:  Chris Weitz wrote the script joining the likes of John Hughes and Chris Columbus by going from teen comedy to kid-friendly.
Pro:  Chris Weitz did co-write the terrific About a Boy script.

there's no possible way we will even see this

we'll eventually see this but we aren't really expecting much

anticipating the release of this one but we're sure to be left unsatisfied

such high expectation of this film only leaves room for disappointment
